Hurive is a wellbeing and self-tracking app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and Hurive's comments are general information, not professional guidance. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical concerns. If you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the data you enter and for how you act on the app's suggestions. Hurive supports your own decisions; it does not replace them.
Purchases
Hurive Pro. Lifetime is a one-time purchase billed through your Apple ID. It is not a subscription and does not renew: you pay once and keep access for the life of the app, with nothing to cancel. If you reinstall or switch devices, use Restore Purchases on the paywall to recover your access. Promo codes we provide grant access at our discretion and can be revoked.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or overload our services, or use it unlawfully.
No warranty
Hurive is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Hurive's output will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and will update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
